Research paper on fibromyalgia

The goal of the Fibromyalgia Support Group is to educate people about fibromyalgia and support those with the diagnosis to cope with symptoms.

The structure of the group is usually very informal. At every other meeting they usually have a volunteer guest speaker. After the speaker, the rest of the meeting is spent with each member getting a chance to voice successes or problems they have experienced in the past month.

The range of age in the group is 27 - 74 years. The average age range is 40 - 65 years old. There was one male in the group, versus the rest female. The group consisted of all Caucasians, no African Americans, no Orientals, nor Hispanics. (get full report)
